Penn State Brandywine Athletics is seeking part-time professional game day support staff.

 

Penn State Brandywine offers intercollegiate programs competing in the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) and the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) and hosts about 100 home events a year. The openings are hourly, part-time appointments.

 

Job Duties

Typical duties could include:

  • Public Address Announcing

  • Conducting in-game statistics
  • Scorekeeping
  • Scoreboard operator

  • Live broadcast announcer

  • Live broadcast operations
  • Set up and break down event equipment and game management.
  • Complete game day duties as assigned.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
