Position Purpose	Under general direction from the Athletics Facility and Events staff, this position assists with and performs duties needed for the execution of athletic contests & internal events. Work may be intermittent throughout the year based on the schedule of events and staffing needs.
Required Qualifications	· Ability to work nights and weekends · Strong communication and organizational skills · Knowledge and interest in sports and athletics operations · A team player with leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications	· Knowledge of NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities	To serve in various support rolls for athletic competitions – scoreboard operator, public address announcer, usher, ticket taker, ball person, and others. The essential functions of this position are performed indoors and outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environments can range from minimal to loud during events depending on the employee’s location.
