An exciting opportunity has become available at Eastbourne Borough Football Club on a volunteer basis on Women’s home match days.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic PA Announcer; someone who will be the voice of the club on Women’s match days, helping create an exciting atmosphere for fans and ensuring that important information is delivered clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Announce team line-ups, substitutions, scorers, and other key match events
• Share half time and full time updates, including scores from other fixtures if provided
• Deliver sponsor messages, club announcements, and supporter information as directed
• Help maintain a safe environment by making clear emergency announcements if required
• Work closely with the matchday operations team to ensure announcements are accurate and well-timed

Essentials:

• Confident, clear speaking voice with good diction
• Ability to remain calm and professional when speaking live
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attending home fixtures (Sunday afternoons and occasional Thursday nights)
• Good communication and team-working skills
